Consider this data:

• Immigrants are twice as likely to found a tech startup as are native-born U.S. residents (25% of tech startups are founded by immigrants, despite immigrants being only 12.5% of the population)
• 90% of tech startups fail

Mathematicalish conclusions:

• immigrants fail 180% as often as the rest of us
• a quarter of tech startup failures are caused by immigrants

However you look at it, tech immigrants are big failures.
